ECL exams for language competence – June session!!!

Starting ECL exams June session, good luck to all candidates!
ECL certification of language competence is open to everyone who wishes to go to further studies in Europe, or to find a job assignment where certification of language competence is required.
Offered for most of European languages, accepted at most front line European universities, with lifetime validity and affordable price, the ECL certificate of linguistic competence is the choice for any multilingualism – oriented student or professional.
ECL certification is also accepted for the language test at BAC 2011!
Sesiunea de examene ECL IUNIE
May 6th
Au început înscrierile pentru sesiunea de examene ECL din 17-18 Iunie. ECL (European Consortium for Certification of Attainment in Modern Languages) ofera validarea competentelor lingvistice intr-o limba straina.
Certificatele ECL au recunoastere nationala (inclusiv pentru echivalarea probei de limba straina la bac) si internationala, pentru continuarea studiilor si angajare in strainatate, si se pot obtine pentru 15 limbi europene. Candidaţii au posiilitatea de a se înscrie la următoarele examene in sesiunea iunie 2011:
- Limba engleza – nivel B1-B2-C1
- Limba germana – nivel B1-B2-C1
Termenul de înscriere este 19 Mai.
Puteti sustine examenul ECL si in Timisoara, sau in alte centre acreditate din tara. Mai multe detalii despre certificatul ECL aici.
Poster Contest

The ELP-DESK project consortium and the ECL (European Consortium for the Certificate of Attainment in Modern Languages) has launched a poster contest for vocational school students. We expect that each participating team will be formed by two young people, both aged 14-18.
Task:
Design a colourful, interesting poster that attracts young people’s attention to the usefulness of the
Europass language passport. Dont’ know what it is? Find it out: www.elp-desk.eu
How to participate:
1. Register: If you would like to participate, register your team by sending an e-mail to sec@sec.ro. In
our response we will inform you about all the rules of the contest and we will send you useful
information that will help you design your poster.
2. Implementation: You can make your poster by hand (paint, collage, draw) or you can design it using any digital technique you wish.
3. Compulsory graphical elements:
a. The logo of the Europass Language passport http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/

All contestants should design their posters at 466mmx660mm, 300 dpi and then save a copy that is @72 dpi for initial submission.
Prizes:
I. prize: Notebook with ELP applications installed on it
II. prize: free ECL exam on your choice
III. prize: package of dictionaries and language learning books
Each participating student will get an elp-DESK USB stick that allows user to
expand their standard ELP into an electronic portfolio where they can record,
save and edit evidence of their linguistic skills and competence in various
formats.
This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. This
publication reflects the views only of the author and the Commission cannot be held
responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.
